New updates to the paperwork management functionality!
With it comes a highly requested functionality that allows users to determine how the insurance company has paid the provider. No more wasting time trying to figure out which payment method was used. Instead, all you’ll have to do is filter by “Payment Method Code” from within IntelliClaim’s UI.
Customer Access Plus version 4.4 has officially been released! We realize how important it is to communicate with your users to increase their engagement and that’s exactly what this new version focuses on. Although this is a quick update, we are introducing two new features that are made available on the left-hand side of the client; Registration Reminder Emails and User Alert Messages.
