As a huge first step, Platinum users now have the ability to perform real-time insurance eligibility verification at the click of a button, on the Platinum user interface. With our integration, front desk staff can determine whether or not an insurance claim and/or copay is required - within seconds.
Currently, Platinum customers can use Etactics’s very user-friendly IntelliClaim portal to submit their claims, downloading reports and ERAs. However, very soon Platinum users will be able to optimize their workflows even further by managing all of their clearinghouse needs directly within the Platinum system with the power of Etactics behind it. from directly within the Platinum system with the power of Etactics behind it.

Users can check whether or not their patient’s health insurance plan will cover the services they’re about to render. That way they can not only inform the patient more information about their plan, but also be able to pinpoint any potential bottlenecks in their cashflow before they happen.
Implementation Made Easy
Platinum and Etactics will work together to integrate key information into Etactics’ enrollment wizard and produce an enrollment packet without you having to lift a finger.
Customer Claim Scrubbing
Etactics will optimize your clean claim rate by implementing custom scrubbing edits at your request, which reduces all level of rejections.
Test File Review
Etactics’ test file review provides a preview of any areas of concern prior to a predetermined “GO LIVE” date, speeding up the process. We’ll do whatever we can to save you time.
