Dealers using ECi’s e-automate® software version 8.5 and above can employ Etactics to re-engineer and automate the delivery of its contract, service, sale, and miscellaneous invoice types to their customers. Etactics utilizes ECi’s authorized ESN to query invoice tables within e-automate to secure the transactional data necessary to employ this automated invoicing solution. Dealers can enjoy both the flexibility associated with creating a custom and well- formatted invoice and the convenience of having it delivered to their customers in a variety of delivery methods including USPS, facsimile, electronic mail, or accessed via a mobile device.
Accustomed to creating well-formatted invoices and automating delivery on behalf of the dealers it serves, GreatAmerica Financial Services will partner with Etactics to allow for a consolidated invoicing solution. Dealers can now send one consolidated invoice to its customers; for example, bundled lease and usage invoices can be consolidated with other contract, service, and miscellaneous invoice types generated within e-automate. The customer enjoys a consolidated invoice that allows them to easily remit payment and the dealer ensures that these transactional documents are being delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The alliance will also provide customers access to the robust invoice presentment and payment solution GreatAmerica Financial Services has developed. Dealers can encourage their customers to receive invoices electronically and remit payment online using the portal that GreatAmerica manages and supports. Those dealers that want their own presentment and payment portal can access the same through Etactics and enjoy online payments facilitated by NET1™ Payment Solutions.
