Overview
Previously, users were limited to removing service lines individually from a claim and were required to enter a note or reason for each one. Now, users have the ability to remove multiple service lines from a claim simultaneously.
How to Use
Open a claim in Intelliclaim and select the Edit Procedure snippet.
You will now see checkboxes next to each service line. Select the desired service lines to remove.
Once a selection is made, the Delete Service Lines button will activate. Click Delete Service Lines.
A pop-up window will appear and ask the user to enter their initials and the reason for the removal. Click Delete when finished.
NOTE: SELECTING ALL SERVICE LINES IS NOT ALLOWED, as this would create an INVALID CLAIM.
