IntelliClaim -- Release Notes -- Remove Multiple Service Line Items

Overview

Previously, users were limited to removing service lines individually from a claim and were required to enter a note or reason for each one. Now, users have the ability to remove multiple service lines from a claim simultaneously.

How to Use

  1. Open a claim in Intelliclaim and select the Edit Procedure snippet.

  2. You will now see checkboxes next to each service line. Select the desired service lines to remove.

  3. Once a selection is made, the Delete Service Lines button will activate. Click Delete Service Lines.

  4. A pop-up window will appear and ask the user to enter their initials and the reason for the removal. Click Delete when finished.

NOTE: SELECTING ALL SERVICE LINES IS NOT ALLOWED, as this would create an INVALID CLAIM.

Features

  • Ability to remove multiple service lines from a claim simultaneously

  • User Log records the service lines removed, the reordering of the service lines and the note entered by the user.
